What's new for 2025 in the GMC Acadia?

Eight-passenger seating now comes standard across the lineup and and so does a rear-seat reminder, seat-belt tensioners, a Vehicle Health Management system and 18-inch wheels with all-season tires. The base Elevation model now gives Oil City, PA families a second-row bench instead of captain's chairs. A new Premium package comes with 20-inch wheels and the Elevation rolls on 18-inch dark Gray wheels. The Trailering package is standard on every model and so is an OnStar Basics package. The 2025 GMC Acadia also offers quite a few dealer-installed items including a roof rack and cross rails, wheel locks, center caps, lug nuts and 22-inch wheels with a bright finish.

Interior highlights

The GMC Acadia is furnished with modern technology and high quality materials. It comes with a large center console that offers a good amount of cubby storage and there's an abundance of space for passengers all over the cabin. The new Acadia has standard three-across bench seats in the second and third rows so it can accommodate a Seneca, PA family of eight.

The AT4 and Denali trims offer second-row captain's chairs which reduces the seating count to seven. The Denali comes with a 60/40 split third row that can be power-folded. Even with every seat being used, the new GMC Acadia provides 23 cubic feet of cargo space, which is more than Titusville, PA buyers will find in most mid-size three row SUVs.
